‘Kolkata Poetry Confluence’ announces International Multilingual Literary Fest

Kolkata Poetry Confluence announces a first-of-its-kind event, International Multilingual Literary Fest, along with an exclusive poetry book fair. This was announced on Monday and is scheduled to take place on the 11th and 12th of June. The event promises a transformational experience for book lovers. Kolkata Poetry Confluence - River of Words is a transformational poetry experience celebrating multilingualism and diversity through an array of performances, workshops, and seminars.
The Antonym and Bhasha Samsad: Publishing have joined hands to organise the festival. Many nationally and internationally acclaimed poets, translators, and performers from India, Africa, Colombia, and Italy will be coming together too. Professor Chaiti Mitra, Director of Kolkata Poetry Confluence mentioned, “In our attempt to explore various facets of poetry, we shall shed light on translations, poetic films, and award-winning entries from ‘Poetry in Motion’ competition will be present as well. Multiple unique competitions in poetic arts and translations are already open as well for all enthusiasts.
